These are similar to the standard booths but are short-term rental spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. These booths will be staffed full-time by the vendors. The building will provide limited power to each booth, along with WiFi and a single network port for POS systems.

    1. Registration and Booth Assignment:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • Application:<\/strong> All vendors must complete a vendor application form. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/li>\n
    • Booth Assignment:<\/strong> Booths are assigned based on availability and the type of merchandise being sold. Specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed but will be allocated to ensure a variety of vendors throughout the market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Fees and Payments:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • Booth Fees:<\/strong> Booth fees must be paid in full prior to booth setup. Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or cash (in-person).<\/li>\n
      • Refunds:<\/strong> No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the set booked date. In case of event cancellation by the organizers, full refunds will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Bookings:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        • Advance Booking:<\/strong> Vendors are encouraged to book their booths in advance to secure a spot. Booking can be done online or in person.<\/li>\n
        • Confirmation:<\/strong> Upon receiving the booking request and payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the vendor with details of the booth location and setup instructions.<\/li>\n
        • Booking Changes:<\/strong> Any changes to the booking must be requested at least 72 hours before the event. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Setup and Breakdown:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

          • Setup Time:<\/strong> Vendors are allowed to set up their booths starting from 9:00 AM on the day of the booking. All booths must be ready by 10:00 AM.<\/li>\n
          • Breakdown Time:<\/strong> Vendors can begin breaking down their booths at 8:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            5. Merchandise:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

            • Permitted Items:<\/strong> Vendors may sell new or used items, crafts, antiques, and collectibles. All items must be in good condition.<\/li>\n
            • Prohibited Items:<\/strong> The sale of firearms, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, and items deemed inappropriate by the organizers is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              6. Conduct and Compliance:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

              • Professional Behavior:<\/strong> Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n

                7. Health and Safety:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

                • Cleanliness:<\/strong> Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and free of debris. Trash must be disposed of in designated areas.<\/li>\n
                • Safety:<\/strong> All booths must be set up safely to prevent hazards. Electrical cords should be secured, and items should be displayed in a stable manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  8. Liability:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

                  • Insurance:<\/strong> Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. The swap meet organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by vendors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    • Policy Changes:<\/strong> The swap meet organizers reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes prior to the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
